Our PDA rental periods are multiples of 1-month. There is no limit to the number of different data capture surveys that can be run on a single PDA and they can be used on any number of events within the rental period. Each PDA hire agreement includes the provision of all of the necessary accessories and protective transport cases.
If any device is damaged in the field, or misplaced, our instant replacement service means that a new device can be sent out within 2-4 hours of receiving a request. We don't even have to wait to get a damaged device back and assess the problem before sending out a replacement.
There are no restrictions on either the number of devices we can supply or the duration of a rental agreement. We are able to supply sets of multiple devices for long-term rental periods of over 9-months as well as a single device for a one-off event.
We carry a range of different PDA devices including the most up-to-date ones available. This means that we are able to supply the device that best suits the needs of the staff, the data being captured and the activity itself.
